WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler.
As a new mature high-efficiency and low-pollution clean coal technology, circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology has many
YQL series gas-fired thermal oil boilers have a three-pass round coil structure. A conical coil is used for the effective
SZL series biomass chain grate boilers with high efficiency, strong overload capacity and various fuel adaptability (biomass pallet or coal),
The atomizing stream surrounds the oil chamber and receives a whirling motion from vanes in its path. When air is used as the atomizing medium in this burner, it should be at 10 psi for light oils and 20 psi for heavy oils. In view (C), combustion air enters through a register; vanes or shutters are adjustable to give control of excess air.View More
May 30, 2018 · The firebox is well drafted at the burner from outside air; with the fire creating a good draft pulling in "good AIR" I'm thinking it will burn. Another point is that steam is inert too. Steam is used for smothering on ships and other big boilers and that is what atomizes the fuel in …View More
Steam atomization is used in oil burners to assist the mixing of oil and air to promote full combustion. With steam injection, the oil is reduced to a fine spray that mixes with air and burns easily. The result is a flame that is short and intense. Without steam injection, the oil would remain a liquid stream and would fall to the bottom of the boiler, forming a pool.View More
Nov 21, 2011 · With diesel oil, this level of atomization is not really required. We use atomizing steam burners here (top-firing Mitsubishi MAC-25 boilers), and for cold firing, you have no choice but start the boilers firing on atomizing air. Once you have pressure on the boiler, you change over to atomizing steam and then change-over to HFO.View More
